this may end before it begins...

the computer and net have not been good to me this weekend... the rest of this weekend (and hopefully not too much of the rest of the free time I have this next week) I will be busy fixing a mess caused by the ATT-SBC-YAHOO-PRODIGY merger that somehow suspended an account I had for more than nine years (and pay for automatically by credit card each month)... basically, because they can not give me any information until the offices open on Monday, I'll be logging into hundreds of websites and changing my email address to an account that is not suspended so the mail won't bounce...

and the title of this post refers to the fact that I wrote a nice long post right here in this new space venting the frustration and explaining the details (and was much more amused and fun than I am right now), but this site crashed and ate the long post so we're stuck with this and on the first day of use, I learn not to trust blogger with my words...

seems that the bigger companies get, the worse their service gets... feel free to point out any case that does not easily support that maxim and I'll pull back on my cynicism a bit as, at least for the moment, I can think of none...

so find me behind the candoor until I come up with a more reliable way to stay in touch in RealTime™ (you can always call or text, right?)... there's got to be a better way than this unreliable crap browser I use now... and no, Foxfire was no better for me)...
