no friction
somehow my overall balance, that is, my life force and ability to function in life, remains quite stable as I move through the days on auto pilot without friction (friction, either in physical health or in interpersonal interactions with others, is a sure sign of an imbalance life force) and people seem to be listening to me and doing what I ask them to do as well as they have in more than a decade (so I didn't completely lose myself in Toronto after all)...
of course there is good friction too...
one of these days I will remember how to remain conscious through all this rushing around through life and find some more me time and more frivolous fun time... and a partner, a partner makes everything smile more...
must dress now and head out the door... hope you are finding time for yourself and enjoying your life and no matter what, maintaining your balance and posture and poise within the life you live...
and if you do find friction, I hope it's the good kind J

I think I'm finally getting the message. Balance, stabilize, center. The last three sites I regularly visit and adore have given me these three words to ponder. I guess some of us have to be hit over the head, and hard, before we get it.
Friction .... let's all hope for the good kind.
