another lost weekend

TV... non-stop TV... mostly music videos and Fuse-TV shows chosen by Precious, but that was the weekend... at least I got some decent sleep, though the body doesn't feel as rested without movement... days without exercise seem more physically taxing than busy non-stop days with a couple of hours at the gym and a ten mile run...

nice I still remember (self-chiding doesn't work as well as it used to, but then, doing it now as I am preparing to leave for work leaves no time for it to actually take effect... cleverly, the laziness taunts me at the perfect time for it to amuse itself... did you know laziness gets smarter as it gets older?)...

so I'm off to 17 hours at work and when I get home, if I can move my fingers, maybe I'll stop in to let you know I survived and have no energy to type any more than a smile... hope your life is more actively fun as mine...

or at least as relaxing J
