good morning, good evening, good night
ho...
521 calories in 30 minutes and the distance read 2.79 miles... much better than the previous numbers, but still a long way off from where I was just a year plus ago and that was a fraction of where I've been and oh well, age happens...
and now, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

521 calories in 30 minutes....actually quite impressive. You've been holding out.....here you give the impression of a Dorito-eating, pizza chomping, green-chair potato....and you are actually hiding a lean, mean, machine of fitness and vitality. Exercise...it does a body good...or was that milk? I'm sure it wasn't Doritos.
Yayyyy :)))))))
there was a time not long ago at all, when I considered for myself in this body anything less than 200 cals and 1.0 mile pace for each ten minutes on the lifecycle pathetic... and there was a time, further back in history, when running ten 6 minute miles cross country was a comfortable maintenance workout... starting again, I am not even recording every day (kick, stop that) and will not be satisfied until I get back at least to the 600cal, 3mile for 30 miles consistently...
but you are golden for praising and even knowing what the numbers mean... bless you thank you love you YAY:)
Very impressive fitness goals, and I bow in awe and respect (quite sincerely), but don't be TOO hard on yourself. I yay you for exercising at all given the schedule of work you keep, and needing to fit sleep and living amd wriitng and fantasies of Meg and Dia in between working hours there somewhere (though I suppose Meg and Dia can accompany you on most any of the above activities :)
Keep up the gift you are giving to yourself...the gift you give to yourself you give to those around you, and ultimately to all of us in the universe blessed by you.
Now go get some chocolate. It too, does a body, and a mood, and a soul....good.
smiles, hugs, and love to you :) :) :)
