oh, the clean!
staying at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN, i enjoyed two nights of clean... sweet clean... hotel living definitely has it's perks... i lived in a hotel a few times in this life for a few months each time... the last time was 2001, just before moving in here, though that was an economy weekly efficiency... still, the clean...
going back to the apartment is gonna be culture shock... maybe i should remind myself that i deserve a clean, considerate roommate cuz i am one... rommates i do not have to clean up after if i want to cook in the kitchen... roommates who do not leave the living room a messy obstacle course... roommates who don't hide empty pepsi bottles between couch cushions and just left out anywhere else because they are either too lazy or too inconsiderate to toss the bottles in the trash... roommates who can afford to buy some furniture and stuff for the house so most everything isn't out of my pocket... i could have a start to a retirement nestegg if i wasn't such a generous softy...
ah, but i shall look around and enjoy and remember the clean, the sweet uncluttered clean, and bask in the memory... i can still close my eyes and watch my world unfold before me...

We Swedes like it clean and fresh, and with lots and lots of space. Design, form and function is important, not a lot of shit that are unused - then out with it!
BTW ... how much do You charge for a room, and how big is Your place?
it is a rental we share, i was just living here first and Raspy moved in, then when Precious came to live with us we got a three bedroom apartment... it's almost $1300 a month for the apartment now... it's not big, maybe 1200 square feet... don't have a metric converter handy :)
