sweeping generalizations

sometimes I think that's all the human mind is capable of, especially when I am faced with people who assume they know something and worse, act on their assumption and not only expect the result they assumed they'd get, but take for granted others will assume the same thing because, after all, sweeping generalizations are so much easier than actually knowing something (maybe you just had to experience myspace lately to understand that)...

no wonder I gave up being a social butterfly...

meanwhile, I piled some more words up at btc and over at myspace as well... I spoke to the nice old lady at the telephone company and she was able to make the change in features I wanted (even though they no longer offer the feature I wanted and haven't for more than a year, but it was the feature I gave up in order to try out the internet-on-the-phone feature, so somehow she was allowed to let me go back to it)... it renews faith in humans to find a reasonable and helpful person at the phone company...

reminds me not to make sweeping generalizations, aye?...

a bit of time outdoors just wandering and enjoying the day and then football playoffs on the TV and much relaxation... Rasputin slept all day and Precious is out and after working night shift for five years, I don't actually have other friends in this area... sometimes I love going out by myself, sometimes I don't, tonight is one of the latter moods...

RealTime™ can be kinda boring to read I suppose...

it's fun to just relax with myself when loneliness is not turned up much and that's the kind of day it's been... hope you are having fun too...
