upside down time
and YAY!
meanwhile, I am contemplating heading out the door for some parking lot running (unless the park opens at 6am, in which case I'll hit the trail for a bit), except that I am uncertain if the bouncing of running is wise for me given the recent medical results... I don't know if it's cuz I've been sitting too long or cuz something is wrong inside, but my lower back hurts in the kidney areas... of course it could be the muscles waking up and demanding more exercise so they can become stronger so the don't ache when I sit for too long, but hey, I'm psychosomatically inclined and have all the modern medical tests to support all sorts of dire diagnosis, so I shall tell the nephrologist all about it today and listen to what he says... his name is Mark, so he must be smart and nice...
what?... you want logic?...
of course heading out for a run would be one way of determining whether the bouncing of running increases or decreases the pain and therein provide more or less suggestive possibilities that the kidney is the source and not the muscle, but I'm thoroughly bored with the whole things already, so what else is new?...
work was a waste of time, the training, that is, but a few things came out of it... first, I was the most knowledgeable person in the room about the system and that's not a good thing when I am not the trainer... a few questions were answered, a few questions were raised that I'll put to the hospital administrator, maybe (we don't follow all the rules where they are grey and they are grey in a few areas I deal with, so I am left to make decisions where no policy or state statute provides a fixed answer... kind of makes much of the data subjective to my interpretation in more ways than it should, but since I'm never wrong (ahem, and usually quite sarcastic), all is well...
yup, as you said, amazing, but a good book...
home, well, I summed up home already... sleep and computer... I slept through the gym time, alas... so much excitement, aye?... well, the creativity and play went on over at myspace and this is the day in the life in RealTime, right... all is in it's place... and we're caught up for the moment...
hope your day was special :)

for the most part, i think i'm an insecure idiot (tho not in charge) or grandiously delusional. way fun. i'm still in the past with this comment. mebbe l8r.
we're all insecure idiots, just look at the roller coaster ride I put myself through lately... one day high as a kite after the gym, sure I'm alive and well and can face anything and ethereally invincible and the next day pondering my mortality cuz I did not go to the gym and allowed a few aches and pains and lab tests to bring me down... dumb dumb dumb... but that was last night, tonight, great :)
