desperately seeking amusement
and creativity... and energy... outside of my own head, that is... I am buzzing again tonight... and not even a gym trip to get me here, though I did add chocolate and Macaroni Grill to the mix for the first time in ... months?... wow, what a different some fat and drugs make...
actually, I was dragging and ropping after eating out and consuming an entire bar of a new Lindt chocolate truffle cake thing I bought at 7-11 for $2.99 cuz the mood was depressed cuz nobody would stay awake with me and it was way too early and Saturday night and the prelude to Gesethemene was starting to brew in my head, but a bit of moaning and moping around the internet, particularly a couple of local myspace groups, and then some music (finally turned the TV off, YAY!), a collection called Saddle Creek 50 that included Rilo Kiley, Mayday Parade, Cursive, Bright Eyes, and several other bands followed by Ligion seems to have perked me up but good...
imagining actually finding creative awake alive friends helped inspire me to send some messages to complete strangers with the hope that my words might tickle their fancies enough to inspire them to respond and adore me, or at least respond and amuse me, and then Ligion's beat started sneaking under my skin and I found myself bopping in this chair and I just had to come here and mention it in passing to you cuz I wanted to remember it and let you know...
more later, perhaps, but for now, I hope you're having as much fun doing whatever you are doing as I am all by myself, or more, even :)
