five minutes before I leave for work, just stepping out of the shower and keeping this up to date in RealTime™ (for a change, but that's the point and just cuz there's no time to do it sometimes doesn't mean I should do it when there is time, right?)...
Rasputing is talking about the NBA draft...
most of the day was spent listening to music with Precious, who just walked in... perfect timing for five moments with you here, right?... s'ok, I'm still not actually awake so my head is in a happy fog anyway...
and I also set up my fantasy teams, which have grown to be way too many to keep up with fairly and well so I'll have to choose several leagues to focus on and let the rest go, accepting a poor finish in them... I'm first in a few right now, but it takes at least six to eight hours a week to have a decent chance for a good finish and more time to have a decent chance for a first place finish so we shall see if I find the time this year... it's all about the numbers *and luck) and I love number games...
and we cleaned the place a bit (just a bit as it's easier to pull teeth with a shoehorn than to get Precious to clean up after herself) as the fire alarm company left a note yesterday that they were coming to inspect and upgrade the system today and might need access to the apartments... so I thought it might be prudent to clear some floor space for them to be able to come in and walk around... every time I look around the place I'm amazed I have come to accept the mess (long time readers of my babbles might remember the vents and semi-rants behind the candoor during the first months after they moved in), even add to it, but then, I am adaptable and tire of conflict quickly and cleaning is just not in my roommate's everyday vocabulary...
and sleep, I slept about six hours...
that's all the excitement I can remember since the last time I was here... I will check the links to music tomorrow as long as this computer can open them...
