rock, roll, bounce, and doves (part three, now with ice cream!)
of course some of are really turned on by the idea of newest on top, but we won’t get into the virgin fetish many men (and some women) have in our culture just now... cuz, for one good reason, oh mercy, the ice cream is another step further into taste bud heaven... if there is a god and he, she, or it really is as good as some would have us believe, then that all-powerful all-knowing all-everything perfect entity must have created Godiva Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Praline ice cream... yes I know I called it Dove ice cream earlier... I was mistaken, ok?... hey, I never claimed I was perfect, nor did I claim to have created the ice cream... and I can walk into the store blindfolded and find this particular ice cream, that is how strong the force is in this creamy delicacy... so who cares who made it or what it’s called, it’s brilliant!...
and the next Dove candy wrapper (yes, the candy is Dove, I got that right, ok?) said: spe is a g that is contagious... yes, that is exactly what it said... it was misprinted, or miscut, and the message is cut off on the right side and only has the word contagious on the left, which is almost as distorted as reading the third part of a three part entry before reading parts one and two... clever comparison, huh?... anyway, probability is very high that it was another positive philosophical message and the probability is almost as high that we shall find it again if I eat enough chocolate tonight, or sometime in the near future... so no worries, it’s all good...
and omigosh, I can barely believe how much I just got into an infomercial for a Soft Rock compilation from the seventies... maybe you’ve seen it, it’s hosted by Air Supply... and even on a night where I rocked out to new pop punk sounds hardly near soft rock, I am flooded with nostalgia hearing skips of some of these old songs that were once such an integral part of my love life (and heartbreak)...
and the next Dove candy wrapper said: spending time is a greater gift than spending money... how ironic, we just received a better gift according to Dove... and now you shall learn another little something about me... I actually just opened almost every candy and re-wrapped them just to find the rest of the half message that was in the last candy wrapper... apparently it was two different messages (the contagious relating to joy, again... joy sure does get around, doesn’t she... maybe that’s why she has that disease, but then, that was an aside from a previous entry and you’ll have to go back to get it, now won’t you?... am I assuming you didn’t go back to read part one and two first?... am I right or am I just another ass? {as in ass-u-me}... laughing or leaving, your choice... I’ll always hope you are laughing cuz you give me the benefit of doubt even when you don’t get the joke)...
anyway, yes, that is how curious I can be (or is it how obsessive I can get?... depends on your perspective, I suppose... is your glass half full or half empty?)... I did use time and gave the information I found to you, so you got the gift of spending time (in case you didn’t get the irony mentioned earlier, I mean, if your glass is half empty you might miss some of the obvious stuff)... hey, what can you expect, the background influence was an infomercial for a soft rock blast from the past... and then there’s the Girls Gone Wild Games infomercial... what a tease... and are the videos just as much of a tease? (inquiring minds want to know)... it’s these wee hours of the morning, buzzing on sugar and caffeine and chocolate and music and life when such infomercials come on and get me to thinking thoughts like I am so in the wrong profession...
this girls gone wild infomercial is quite distraction...
meanwhile, did I ever finish the concert report? (how’s that for a segue)... no, actually, way back in part one, amidst this late night babble, I was up to the headliner band, New Found Glory (who are mostly Jewish for anyone who might have mistaken them for a Christian band) and they were great... and the audience obviously came to see them because most everyone knew the words to every song and sang along and were into the concert... there was much bouncing and moshing and surfing, the lead singer and one of the guitarist came down on to the crowd... much trust, much love, much fun had by most all...
and the music... all four bands had appeal for me, especially for bouncing at a concert... a lot of energy, melody, and a rocking beat with minimal screaming just for the sake of screaming (which, for my tastes, way too many groups are doing these days)... meaningless (and mostly incomprehensible) rage is almost as bad as ghetto narcissistic rap (and, from a non-musical perspective, perhaps the superficial cock-teasing videos I've been mentioning belong in this impromptu (and brief) critic of our 21st century arts and culture...
and suddenly, it's time for a nap...

Wow, that was a sudden and abrupt ending, and here I am now on a chocolate high too. So now what to do with all this energy caused by eating chocolate and reading a three-part series on chocolate. I could eat more chocolate. That sounds like a good idea.
I love the wisdom of the Dove wrapper because I really am sappy that way, and I loved the fortune my fortune cookie told me today, so all is good in my world, and so I am spreading some Dove joy and happiness and Love everywhere I can.
So Love, Happiness, Smiles, Hugs, Joy, and Doves (all the different permutations).
yay for your timing... the sychronicity of your timing now provides you with another entry to peruse (though as has been the case here, the brevity and clarity and cohesive thinking that this blog was intended to be has been swallowed and spit out as the babbling mess I simply must do even when there's no time for it in most entries... I'm buzzing too... thank you for being here and letting me know you are :)
