just afternoon
somehow the past hour disappeared...
I looked at the clock and it was just past noon and now it is past one thirty... I did eat and talk to Rasputin and watched what he was watching on TV... the good news (though excitement is subdued for the moment) is that I got down to the gym this morning for the first time in months... a light half workout was all I pushed this body to do, but the fact that I picked it up out of the chair, put on gym clothes, and actually went down there is the good news...
I turned the TV and lights off when I went to the gym, since nobody was watching or in the room and it is day time, and I was able to listen to a Motion City Soundtrack CD when I got back... but it is on again and Raspy went back to his room, but of course, left the TV on...
anyway, it is my habits I need to focus on... it's all about habit... if I can somehow plant the seed and follow daily through for a month or so, I should be back into a daily gym routine again...
and The Producers just entered the DVD player, so in RealTime, today might be a lazy afternoon watching DVDs... I am just not in the right mood to clean up their mess (or even my small area of papers) and since I did get out to the gym this morning and I have been working a steady diet of 50-60 hour weeks for a few months now, I'll enjoy the leisure time...
whatever you do today, enjoy it, love it, and be part of it...
maybe I will actually get to uploading the rest of the backlogged entries today... or will that wait until next week... time will tell, after all, it's just afternoon J

When you cut down to eight hours a day five days a week you'll have so much time on your hands you'll be wondering what to do with all your free time ... not. lol!
