work was putting together a discharge summary packet and distributing it to the respective parties who are responsible for doing it... we've been getting poor results from surveys about our discharge process and I'm hoping this will help change it... I took responsibility for hounding people to do their parts on time and the packet pieces now go to me upon discharge so I can follow up and give kudos or harrassment as necessary... a couple of end of month reports were completed and distributed and a few more shall be tomorrow's work...
home was falling asleep within an hour of sitting in the big green chair and waking just after 10pm, listening to Precioustell me about her day (while her friend was in her room on her computer), listening to Rasputin remind me about fantasy baseball (he set up a league draft for saturday... so I interupted my introspective meditations to spend two hours running through it to be ready for Saturday) and tickets for Precious's play tomorrow night... in between, I cleared some cobwebs, set up new logs in the land of the mostly dead to encourage myself to consider exercising again, and rambled on...
and now, moments before 4am, to bed...
love me, love you, love life :)

huh, i'm pondering some (gradual) heavy duty fasting myself. not to lose weight necessarily, but just to prove to myself i could live in some empoverished 3rd wxrld country if necessary.
that avatar stuff is happening in http://www.secondlife.com - a web 2.0 online community you cannot join without a superfast computer/isp, but you don't want to either - ask serenity for detail:z!
I may be returning to the land of the mostly dead at LJ, which is a very good sign cuz that's where I confront myself physically and generate an exercise log that hopefully gets some exercise recorded into it... I've got years of catching up to do there...
a new web space with tables would probably be more effective visual and statistical motivation, but opening Access drains the memory and slows the works...
day three of the quasi-fast continues... no food yet... I left two huge salads at work, dangit... maybe I'll go back for them tonight.,..
