text messaging

I have unlimited text messaging on my phone and I only scratch the surface of using it... a few of you already text occasionally, but if anybody else feels like sending text words through the phone, push some buttons to create a message and then send it to 407-325-1482 and who knows, we might even talk someday (I will not call unless you tell me to, in case you just want to keep contact to the occasional text message like comments on the web)... if you don't have text messaging, never mind :)

I should probably put this on the side bar since it will be sliding down tomorrow...

anyway, I went to the gym... trudged, to be more precise... trudged through a light, but chilly rain... I should have worn my old sneakers and not my upscale New Balance cross training shoes (ain't I cool?)... I got to the gym, let myself in, and wow, all new equipment... and more than before... I was so excited, I almost forgot I was lethargic from an extended pattern of laziness, quasi-fasting the past four days, and that it was within less than two hours of eating... I played with the new machines, checked out new features (need the manuals to read and learn how to make the heart rate feature work on the lifecycle... it works on the treadmill)...

life is a bit blurry and I am definitely exhausted, but yay for maybe starting over again for the thousandth time (at least)... hope you did something good for you today :)
