on again, off again

a night of rest, perhaps giving into laziness or simply watching American Idol and then talking to Precious for all the time I might have spent at the gym, until it closed... or perhaps trying the workout day rest day approach to continuing improving the body and dropping the weight... and perhaps we shall see more tomorrow...

in any case, all's the same at home and work (still haven't gotten back to my job yet, but others seem pleased with the extra I am doing for the place, even if they do not care enough or know enough to appreciate and fully acknowledge the mess there'd be if I did my job and didn't fix other's mistakes...

today, time moved slowly... feeling lonely... still the happiest kid I know cuz that's always been the most fun choice I know... and it is a choice (and that's the secret so few seem to know)... hope you are choosing what you want too :)
