into the new space (catchup)

ok... so we start standing up (here in the new space) cuz i am still moving (body, don't fail me now) and do not want to sit down yet because i will not want to get up after i sit down cuz i've been moving all day except for a few hours of softball practice and scrimmage (yeah, that was a nice rest, uh-huh) and after three days of wait, four days of running around cuz it's sunday and this madness started on wednesday (final apartment search and lease signing) which lead to thursday (and i forget all i did thursday but i know i did something and then played softball in the evening 11-0 we won... we won wednesday night also... yes. the softball continues even as the moving occupies all the other time... guess i should feel lucky that the other game scheduled for thursday night (yes, two leagues on thursday nights) was rained out) which leade to massive moving, oh yea, that's right, thursday was massive packing all day and all night after searching for a rental truck and reserving one for friday morning so back to friday massive moving day where the three of us went to three different places but the stuff went to five different places cuz i gave Raspy's brother and mother the couch and love seat and other stuff and Precious gave her grandmother her bed cuz she rented a furnished room and Raspy's mom and brother are starting over with an empty place and after driving the eighty or so miles to the different stops i went to game night (still on friday) at a new house where we had to turn into pumpkins (ok, we didn't have to turn into pumkins, but we did have to leave) at midnight so we went to Sandy's house and played games (and with Sandy's fun dog) until near 4am and then i woke saturday around noonish and went over to finish moving and stuff we didn't move on friday cuz i ran out of time packing when it was time to get the truck and then it was another game night (saturday) at another new person's house where we placed until threeish and then i went back to the old apartment to clean and i took a nap in a chair around six thirty and woke around ten to head to softball practice and scrimmage for almost three hours and then back to the old apartment for the last of the stuff (cuz there was still stuff left unpacked) and the final cleaning and moving and now i am breaking to write this at the new place while munching on reheated pizza while the oven cleans itself at the old place and i'll go back there and pick up a few items i forgot (and just remembered) in a kitchen cabinet and then i'll turn in the keys and the move is as done as it gets until i get whatever is going to be left of the deposits i gave seven or so years ago after the apartment management chisel off whatever they can and so... i'm home...

well, that is, i am in my new place and typing the first words here (in wordpad, alas, cuz i have one more opening allowed in the trial Word 2007 i installed cuz there's just one user license allowed for the 2007 Office software and so i might have to go back to using Word 2003 at home cuz that allows three licenses and i am allowed all three cuz i have a very important job, after all, though not important enough to get a second license for Office 2007, yet, cuz i am on the verge of talking my boss (the CEO) into getting me a computer and even though he thinks he is justifying it by saying the facility can use a second laptop, it's rarely gonna leave my sight without a dang good explanation and a reminder to the CEO that my work slows down whenever someone borrows the laptop and so there) and wouldn't you know, it;s a catch up entry that may or may not be right for the new shorter the real blog but may or may not be long enough for the real time blog even though it is more on topic for there and it certainly is not babbly enough to be coming from behind the candoor (or at least too brief), though it could be if it continued tangenting out the way the first paragraph almost did...

time to move again (standing still too long and i'll nod off standing, yes, even as the keys babble on at somewhere between fifty and eighty words a minute... i should time myself one of these days) so here we go, babbling in realtime (and in the real too) in the new space... wonder how long it'll be before these words are uploaded...
