and when nobody came (part 1?)
at least we weren't riding that train, high on cocaine, but i've been cooking with gas since i've been gone (and not singing kelly clarkson, either) and dropped forty pounds (shhh, don't jinx the non-diet, aye?... still gots more to go... who knew i piled on so many extra pounds, after all) since i last dwinddled your doorway (or windmills) of your mind with the breathtaking babble that you once came here regularly to suck in to the pleasure receptors of your synapses and sinuses and such and so on, but tonight, tonight, will be like many other nights (without the rumble between the jets and sharks, that is, no thanks to phil collins) and i danced with the devil in the pale moonlight (the devil being sugar and fat and the stuff that chocolate fruity mac 'n cheese candy-coated popcorn peanuts and a prize dreams are made of) which lead to the babbling pleasures that pour from the brain through the fingers (not sticky, in spite of what the stones might have said) when the supernova explodes in the cranial capacitors...
but (but?... are we lost or something?) thereal returned for a brief visit tonight after the sugar rushing and the start of two new blogs (what?... two new blogs?... when will they be linked {or loved, for that matter... no relation to linda ronstadt, much}?... will you be sitting on the edge of your seat {or mine} with me {or someone you love... clothing optional}?... are there questions you can answer... will you?... are you having fun yet?... are you serious?... are we?... when did it get serious?... are you breaking up with me?... can we do it one more time before you go?... can we take pictures?... photographs?... candid photography, you know, nudge nudge wink wink.... can it get much sicker than the subtrifuge of jack van impe and all the other omg missionaries out there sucking you dry while goosing your wife and fondling your children?... what?... finguratively, of course)?...
what typo?...
the godfather of go-go music was chris brown?... huh?... where was i when those scantilly clad girls up in those cages were called go-go dancers?... something confusingly cross-cultural references might not understand or pick up on, but i know i'm not the only one (and maybe i'm amazed... or at least a dreamer... at least on the side of the go-go music i've always known as go-go music... you young hids today, always stealing the past and making it your own as if it never existed... any day now the beatles music will be reproduced as if it's something brand new... stare wide-eyed on that one, will ya...
but the cheesy rice is just so good and i really didn't have any good chocolate tonight (or in months, actually, so i must be deprived and losing my mind in a less than favorable way), but at least i'm not some crazed college campus killer or machine gunning a fast food crowd or filabustering a good idea so it never comes to fruitionm which is what politians seem best at... so much judgment in this world, humans really are a control-freaky seriously ocd species, aren't they?... seriously...
mirrors do not scatter light, after all...
not so sure about the vampires though... yeah, everybody's seen that movie except me... took me a few harry potters to get caught up in that world, after all, and i'm much into there now (not for hermione, you perverts, thugh her fictitious brain is quite appealing cuz, as you well, know, genius is a serious turn-on... but stop playing with yourself now, there's other fantasies afoot... who's got a foot fetish?... for shame, you'll just have to send me all your nude photos now before the priest patrol breaks down your door)... meanwhile, the ab belt or the contour belt, which one is best?... you really really really wanna know, dontcha?...
but if we could just get them to turn off the tv long enough to really listen to the music, maybe they would understand the madness they fall prey to in their lives and let someone like douglas adams save them from their own devices (improbability, sure, but still, anything's possible)... i would so provide you with a full listing of the latest mix if there was a simple way of cutting and pasting the windows media or itunes playlist into a document or anywhere, but there's no way i'm finding (or making) the time to type all those songs out when i barely have typed an entry in the past few months, aye?... some of the highlights are the telling, jackson brown, meg and dia, rilo kiley, the moody blues, garth brooks, alexa ray joel, kate voegele, lenka, fleetwood mac, elton john, harry chapin, the eagles, bread, jen chapin, demi lovato, lily allen, bright eyes, dar williams, steve forbert, portishead, to name a few...
and as if it mattered, to be continued...
