it's almost morning
it's all about mind over body... in the first 10 minutes my legs said, not tonight, please louder than usual... they continued to do this for thirty minutes until the body distracted the legs by presenting another tact... the nipples cried out in unison, stop now please, we hurt, we hurt... I stretched my shirt over the hand bars abd slowed the pace... by the time I was starting my second hour, I shifted the Level up to Level 10 and set myself on cruise control... I came back down to Earth as the second hour came to an end, mostly because I was out of water... and the feet were started to burn a bit... I paused to get water, though probably not enough, but I do my best not to drink unfiltered water... anyway, I started the third hour tentatively and it just continued along until the time had passed...
I swear I so thought this was going to be a short night when I started getting the lazy muscle signals... the bug is still in there, but may be retreating or playing possum... if I make it through the night without relapsing, the score will be ME: 9, E.Coli 6
other than that, all I did today as watch NCAA basketball and prepare two easy meals (one being soup)... and now, I shall become part of the big green chair... I hope you had a good day and thank you for reaching out... I hope I'll be in a place where I can answer the phone next time :)

and the game goes on until I have absolutely no pain, discomfort, or queasiness (and everything in the plumbling works flawlessly) for a couple of days with vigorous workouts and normal water intact (I'm so waterlogged right now I feel like I'm under the sea, 'cept there's no little mermaid)...
I survived 3 hours last night, which is good...
got to shut down computer now, back later...
You got food poisoning
or a kidney infection?
Funny how we think we are tough
yet a little bug can bring us to our knees
Always sorta wished I'd had the stomach of a dog - well you know what I mean - not that I'd want to eat shit - just that I'd like to be able to eat anything without any risk of feeling like shit.
That's right, I love the smell of bbq sardines, love the texture, love the taste - but put blue fish in my gut and it just heaves it out
Guess I was never a sardine eating mammal in my past life,
either that...
or I ate too many and this is my cosmic karma or curse - will we ever know.
Unless you catch a puppy when they poop - one can't house train them
Tell a puppy off - hours after he peed on the kitchen floor - and he'll look at you wondering what you are on about
Or maybe they just play dumb
After all people are always asking dogs to "roll-over or play dead"
Having said all that
Hope you are feeling better and fit to fight or play, another day
to the best of my self-diagnosis, I have a urinary track infection (UTI)... the symptoms are familiar to me as I get them every few years because I pass kidney stones... the E.Coli bug is usually the cause (85-90% of the time)... I'm taking anti-biotics and the UTI seems to be running it's course (generally takes 5-6 days to start turning it around and 10-14 days to be gone if there's no relapse)...
I can eat just about anything and digest it without stomach upset, which is not always the best thing :)
I often wonder about animals... I mean, how do we know a dog doesn't get a tummy ache or any sort of discomfort... the dog personality is so often so momentary and playful and honestly needy that any sort of attention and the dog seems happy, excited, even... we can learn a lot from dogs :)
