Well, having studied astrology since I was 16 years old, I'm going to have fun with this one! :)
it changes when I decide to choose a different time of birth... since I don't know my time of birth, "convention" says I am supposed to choose 12PM, but that's all the reason in the world not to choose 12PM (logic, ya know?)...
seems I am pretty much all over the map...
Well, yeah, the idea is to take a snapshot of the planets, etc... at your exact time of birth, factoring in your birth place as well. Otherwise, you can have some aspects of the chart ring true, but in a kind of general way. You gotta have that exact time to nail it with any kind of precision involving transits, etc... Your ascendant/rising is completely reliant on an exact time of birth. The rest of the planet's positions you can place, but the houses in the chart are - again - based on time of birth.
If you know what hospital you were born in, you can write them and request that info, if its not on your birth certificate. Sorry, I'm rambling. I just have so much fun with this stuff. :)
I was adopted...
all that birth info was locked up in court records cuz they could do that in the backward state of New Jersey in the cave man days when I was born... so no birth time has always left the whole astrological charting thing as relatively meaningless for me, personally...
I suppose I could try every minute and see ifn any really fit me, but then, I never took the time :)
